Responsibilities:

• Devise long-term development strategies and continuously identify revenue growth opportunities for product categories
• Look after profit and loss of assigned product categories across all SBU of the group
• Prepare business justification, master the project timeline and coordinate different internal and external parties to ensure impactful launches of new products
• Develop alliance with strategic partners for new products development and group level product promotions
• Analyze data to monitor product performance in terms of sales, profitability and stock efficiency
• Facilitate development of marcom and in-store materials according to the group marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in renowned luxury/ fashion/ lifestyle/FMCG brands
• Proven track record in product marketing and managing product-related projects
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical, creative, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, responsive and supportive
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
