Job Duties:

1. Handle the leasing portfolio of retail/commercial/residential properties in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
2. Handle general leasing of new letting/renewal negotiation and related administration
3. Assess leasing proposals carefully to ensure an effective trade mix aligned with the portfolio's positioning
4. Develop close relationships with key tenants & leading retailers
5. Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works
6. Formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research etc.
7. Willing to travel when required
8. Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when required 

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or any related discipline
2. At least 7 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently.
3. Good business network with tenants and property agencies
4. Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
5. Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills
6. Occasional Travelling is required!
