Head of Construction- Retail Bank; 5day HK$55K-HK68K x 13month Guarantee + Bonus

Our client is a famous retail banking group. They are looking for a Head of Construction to supervise a team of 9 people.

  1. In charge of project management, contract administration, interior design and space planning.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction, Facility Management or related industry background
  2. Holder of professional membership of HKIA, HKIS, HKIE, IFMA or equivalent preferred 
  3. At least 6 years project coordination and management experience in alteration / addition works for buildings, architecture, interior design and construction as well as building services projects in Hong Kong.
  4. Able to handle multiple tasks under tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and systematically managing a number of concurrent projects
  6. Multitasking, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  7. Well-versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft and Photoshop
  8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
