Responsibilities

• Directly report to Executive Director of the Listco Main Board 
• Drive the development of business and transformation strategies in achieving the Group’s and Bank’s business goals
• Strategies Review, digital, technology, automation and operational review, from strategies/initiatives formation to implementation/ and commercialization
• Manage the Sales & Marketing Department in Hong Kong and PRC manufacturing plant
• Source new clients accounts and generate sales leads from global market (PRC, USA and EU)
• Coordinate with commercial & engineering teams in promotion plan
• Prepare annual sales budget & P/L and achieve the KPI and targeted sales revenue 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Electronics Engineer, IT or technical discipline (MBA preferred) 
• At least 15 years business development and sales management experience in electronic & electrical product industry (ideally from industrial electronic products such as EV Charger, Power supplies, smart kiosk
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking in global OEM/ODM business
• Solid sales network with PRC and international business customers
• Proactive and target-oriented with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Aggressive, assertive and confident, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Willing to travel to global market for client meetings & exhibition
