Job Duties:

1. Oversee the leasing matters for company’s PRC property portfolios, including new lease, renewal & negotiation, tenancy administration;
2. Responsible for formulating and implementing leasing strategies to achieve business targets of the Company;
3. Ensure an effective trade mix aligned with the portfolio's positioning
4. Manage and coordinate the leasing activities;
5. Liaise with the agencies & potential prestigious brands;
6. Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
7. Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works
8. Station in HK; occasional travel to various PRC cities is necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or any related discipline
2. At least 8 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently.
3. Proven Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage
4. Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Occasional Travelling to PRC is required!
