Responsibilities:

1. Assist Customer Service Manager to supervise the team
2. Handle customers’enquiries with professional manner
3. Maintain long term relationship with existing clients and no need to cold call;
4. Identify improvement areas for achieving the KPI
5. Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above with 3 year of experience in Finance or business related disciplines
2. Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8,9 or Licensed with SFC Type 1, 2 is highly preferred
3. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
4. Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented, and a good team player
5. Able to multi-task and meticulous in following up details
