Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for social media & digital marketing strategy formulation and campaign management, to contribute and reach Marketing KPIs
2. Handle social media marketing activities, generate online content and visual ideas, to get more awareness and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Website etc.)
3. Plan and allocate budget on social media advertising and digital marketing activities, connect and establish network with media, influencers & KOLs
4. Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target customers and continuously engage customers through the digital platforms
5. Monitor performance of digital marketing projects and drive for higher efficiency and effectiveness
6. Implement website tracking, evaluate the performance of different digital marketing campaigns and provide insights through different analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau etc.)

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, social media & digital marketing in beauty or luxury retail industry
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and interpersonal skills
4. Positive, energetic, self-motivated with multi-tasking ability, independent and a team player
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
