Role Responsibility:

1.     Develop strategy and supporting content to raise the company's online presence (including but not limited to WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter)
2.     Collaborate with team members to plan and develop site content;
3.     Plan and develop the content calendar to ensure brand consistency and engage target audiences across all channels;
4.     Engage with agencies to produce assets for the website and on social platforms;
5.     Responsible for content distribution to social media platforms and updates on all sections of websites, including the homepage;
6.     Stay on top of news stories about the company and industry trends;
7.     Coordinate with other teams, partners and departments to support consistent positive visibility for the company
8.     Plan and follow up ad-hoc projects as assigned by department head or management

Role Requirements:

1.     Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
2.     Track record as a team player and demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization;
3.     Ability to organize time well, set priorities, and possess a strong work ethic;
4.     Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Chinese and English). Ability to express ideas effectively and fluently. Ability to write clearly and concisely.
5.     Proactive in taking responsibility, self-starter and able to multi-task.
6.     Previous experience in finance industry and familiar with WeChat is definitely a plus
