Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive group marketing initiatives to maximize awareness and affinity to the brand and the key products
• Act as the Project Manager to champion key marketing programs including strategic product launch; from development of launch plan to management of the cross-functional implementation
• Drive and manage online and digital campaigns to increase online engagement, brand awareness, and hence brand preference
• Manage digital initiatives and projects including websites, other digital and interactive platforms
• Devise and deliver marketing strategies to increase online traffic to company website, online presence
• Work with external partners and internal SBUs fulfilling the marketing objectives from concept to implementation
• To support other duties related to marketing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of related marketing in-house/ agency experience, preferably with experience in renowned luxury/ fashion/ lifestyle brands
• All-rounded marketer able to come up with creative ideas and translate vision into actionable marketing programs
• Experience in leading and managing digital marketing projects
• Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, responsive and supportive
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to perform multi-tasks with tight schedules
