Our client is a local fashion retail group, who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Business Development Manager position:

Job Duties:

• Formulate strategic plan and implement action plan for portfolio of franchised and licensed business to grow revenue and profit;
• Foster strong relationship with overseas customers and explore new business opportunities in existing markets, channels, product lines and business models;
• Understand regional business trends and conduct market research to identify potential sales leads;
• Negotiate contracts, project scope and close agreements to maximize the advantage
• Work closely with supplier and monitor production to ensure on time delivery of merchandises to regional markets

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in International Business, Business Administration, or related discipline;
• 5 years' experience in trading and exporting to overseas retailers or wholesalers, preferably gained from fashion retail brand;
• Experiences in account servicing or product merchandising;
• Excellent communication (written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua) and interpersonal skills;
• Good business acumen and sales mindset;
• Available for regular business trips.
