Customer Service Officer (5 Day; Sheung Wan; HK$15K-HK$16K)

Our client is a Listed Conglomerate in HK with diversified businesses; they are now urgently seeking a Operation Officer to join their team:

HK$15K-HK$16K Middle Human Resources, Marketing / Public Relations Apply Now

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in communicating / following up with customers’ inquiries
  2. Preform administrative activities included general clerical support
  3. Coordinate company events and marketing activities
  4. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  2. 1-2 year of relevant experience preferred
  3. Excellent customer services and communication skills
  4. Good in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  5. Immediate Available highly preferred
