Our client is a local listed FMCG group. They are currently looking for a  Event Coordinator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate corporate events or special functions
• Handle logistic arrangement and delivery of event materials 
• Coordinate with internal team to execute events
• Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
• Handle and Follow up customer enquiries 
• Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required 

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Event Management or Hospitality or related discipline 
• 3-5 years working experience in catering or event management is highly preferred 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Willing to work on weekends for exhibition and events (Over time allowance will be paid)
