Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer services.
• Support daily operations of store
• Introduce company's products and understand customers' needs
• Maintain close relationships with VIPs and update for the upcoming new product launches.
• Motivate sales team / Drive sales to meet individual and store targets
• Optimize sales revenue though effective implementation of business strategies
• Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
• Manage the store operations and staff issue
• Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience preferably in fashion retail/accessories industry
• Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated
• Passion in Fashion/Luxury industry, customer service-oriented
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
