Responsibilities:

1. Drive credit card portfolio through marketing campaign, managing P&L, and achieving business targets
2. Perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities. 
3. Create competitive edge for Credit Card Business by exploring & developing new products tapping into different customer segments through various channels including both digital & conventional ones. 
4. Develop and enhance process for efficient service delivery in different channels e.g. online & mobile banking for credit card acquisition/usage, and create strong selling proposition. 
5. Explore and revamp current card acquisition processes to streamline/enhance workflows in order to acquire new customer via different channels including online, mobile banking and e-marketing, etc.
6. Keep abreast on latest technology and compliance requirements
7. Ensure smooth implementation of credit card projects

Requirements:

1. Degree Holder in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
2. Minimum 6 years of in-house / agency experience, preferably with experience in banking/finance industry
3. Solid experience in leading and managing digital/traditional marketing projects
4. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
