Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement marketing strategies that identify engagement opportunities to support the community goals 
• Brand building and positioning for office buildings
• Marketing and strategic planning for tenants and community engagement programme
• Initiate different marketing campaigns to engage office community
• Implement effective marketing plan according to an appropriate tenant mix
• Assist in asset plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including tenant mix, leasing strategies and asset management
• Liaise and meet with working partners and tenants to drive collaboration, business opportunities and cross-brand promotion support,
• Manage event budget and be accountable for expense allocation
• Manage digital platforms including websites and social media for specified events and programmes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in preferably from property developer
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese; outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, attention to details, able to work independently and make decisions intelligently
• Motivated, creative, dynamic and innovative team player
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
