Responsibilities:

• Formulate the yearly marketing plan and strategies
• Manage and review marketing campaigns, advertising and PR activities and promotions 
• Handle marketing and campaign budgets and delivered marketing activities within agreed budget
• Develop and implement effective promotional and advertising plans, in-store and CRM events to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales.
• Coordinate with the  team to prepare PR and marketing materials such as press release, brochure and leaflets
• Maintain good relationship with media and agencies to enhance brand and product exposure
• PR & Joint-Promotion planning and execution
• Conduct market research and  formulate evaluation reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
• 3-5 years' of marketing experience in retail industry
• Strong communication skill, problem solving skill and business sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outgoing, dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
