Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate the yearly marketing plan and strategies
2. Manage and review marketing campaigns, advertising and PR activities and promotions in both Hong Kong and Macau
3. Revamp CRM program to encourage the repeat purchase (acquisition, loyalty, engagement & retention), facilitate personalization & segmentation
4. Collect and analyze competitive intelligence for future marketing strategy
5. Responsible for social media & digital marketing strategy formulation and campaign management, to contribute and reach Marketing KPIs
6. Plan and allocate budget on social media advertising and digital marketing activities, connect and establish network with media, influencers & KOLs
7. Handle marketing and campaign budgets and delivered marketing activities within agreed budget
8. Liaise with creative agency, social media agency, PR agency and media to provide an integrated marketing approach to promotion
9. Coordinate joint promotions with dealers and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
2. With 8 years' of marketing experience in fashion retail industry is preferred.
3. Excellent organizing skills with strong analytical mind and business sense
4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
5. Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
6. Out-going, high sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player
