Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement short and long term strategies to improve the company's property management service quality
2. Acquire new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional property services and solutions
3. Identify existing and prospective clients’ needs, regular review and analyze the market conditions and business situations, provide appropriate advice to clients related to property management services
4. Manage a comprehensive range of management services, including but not limited to tenancy services and administration, property service and security assessment, maintenance and repairing and building refurbishment and consultancy etc.
5. Plan and lead the strategic management services, to maximize the profitability of clients to the complete day-to-day management of individual properties
6. Provide professional advice on budgeting, operational systems and procedures, and day-to-day property management services
7. Advise owners in connection with the enforcement and requirements of the deed of mutual covenant

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Real Estate Management/ Property Management or related discipline
2. Minimum of 12 years' experience in property management, in which 5 years at senior management level in property consultancy or property developer industry
3. With professional qualifications of MHKIH is highly preferred
4. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with an entrepreneurial approach and excellent understanding of the current market/ business situation
5. Strong communication and problem solving skills with ability to interact, collaborate and influence cross division/ function members
6. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment to standards of excellence and the highest level of integrity
7. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
