Our client is a FMCG distributor in Hong Kong who is seeking an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join their growing team

Responsibilities

Handle full set of account
Prepare accounting schedules, financial analysis, and costing analysis, expenses review and commentary
Prepare and review inventory and costing related reports, verify the causes of cost variances
Prepare schedules, budget, forecast, financial analysis, management reports
Conducts reconciliation (bank accounts, AP/AR)
Liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, professional and relevant authorities
Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries, processing receipts and banking preparation
Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
5 years relevant experience in retail/FMCG industry highly preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, cheerful, independent & able to work under pressure
Proficiency in use of computerized accounting software, Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
Occasionally travel to PRC
