Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily sales and operation of the branch and ensure high quality service can be delivered to customer
2. Formulate and implement of business strategies and sales campaigns to achieve the assigned business targets
3. Generate new business for the branch
4. Ensure branch operations are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Business or related disciplines, passes in HKSI, IIQE and MPF examinations
2. Minimum 8 years' banking experience in which at least 3 years in managerial position
3. Solid knowledge of compliance and banking regulations
4. Strong leadership skill, dynamic, result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
