Responsibilities

1. Develop business strategies and monitor operating performance
2. Planning and control budget to achieve the business objectives of the group
3. Identify, and execute new sales opportunities and retention strategies
4. Build relationship with key clients and potential clients
5. Negotiate and prepare business contract

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline 
2. 3-5 years’ business development / sales experience in F&B industry
3. Experience in B-to-B Sales & Marketing with a fast-paced business environment
4. Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets
5. Excellent interpersonal, managerial, communication & presentation skills
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
