Supervisor - Customer Services (Listed logistic company; 5.5days; Up to $18k)

Our client is a listed global 3PL company. They are looking for a Supervisor - Customer Services to supervise the warehouse operation and provide suitable logistic solutions to customers:

Responsibility:

Assist the Officer / Manager in designing logistics operations policy and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness
Manage daily operations of a logistics team
Monitor all inventory and warehouse activities
Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in logistic operations and customer service, with exposure in 3PL
Strong in Logistics System enhancement and with experience in SAP system is a plus
Self-motivated, independent, can handle complicated issues with flexibility and able to adopt in a fast paced industry
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

*Work location: Sheung Shui/Tuen Mun/Kwai Chung/Tsuen Wan (5.5 Days)
