Responsibilities

• Work with the various logistic companies to get updated shipping charges/quotations and ship high-value goods.
• Responsible for sales Invoices, Airway bills, and GSI for all exports of loose stones.
• Prepare all imports/exports documents and send them to customer/overseas offices.
• Maintain data entry for copy shipping, import documents, and banking transactions on daily basis.
• Create proforma invoices as per customer request and report concerning matters to the Manager.
• Work with the inventory department and coordinate all shipments in a timely manner.
• Prepare all the exports stones and pack them for different courier companies like MALKAAMIT, Brinks, Ferrari, FedEx, DHL etc.
• Organize and order shipping supplies with a related party and courier company.

Requirements

• High Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping in the diamond/jewellery industry preferred  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Well-organized, able to work independently, detail-oriented and discipline
• Ambitious, result-driven and responsible
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available preferred but not must
