Our client is an international trading company with representative office in Hong Kong . They are looking for a Shipping Officer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with overseas suppliers and customers
Handle import/export shipping documents and L/C processing
Purchase and follow-up sales orders

Job Requirements:

Form 7 or above with minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience
Sound knowledge on handling import/export documents
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Responsible, proactive, detail-minded and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
