Architect/ Senior Project Manager - Residential Property (5.5 Day,Central, HK$100,000+ (negotiable)

Our client is a listed property developer with diversified businesses in China and Hong Kong. They are looking for an Architect/ Senior Project Manager to undertake a variety of residential property architecture projects in Hong Kong:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the residential architecture projects from planning, execution, monitoring to evaluation
  • Liaise with internal and external parties during the phases of the project development in order to meet the quality requirements and compliance requirements
  • Drive the architectural design to fulfill the project requirements 
  • Perform contract administration and site supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying or related disciplines
  • Must process of professional qualifications in HKIA, HKIS or RICS or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in managing residential property projects
  • Strong design and technical competence with excellent commercial senses
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
