Responsibilities:

• Establish the customer service standards, develop and improve the customer service process, and refine the customer service system
• Responsible for the overall service quality control. Establish the service quality monitoring system and the evaluation system
• Responsible for building service channels to complete the company's marketing and service efforts
• Responsible for the establishment of customer complaint handling process
• In charge of service improvement according to customer's satisfaction test

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in Telecommunication market & Customer Service
• Business to Business Experience prefer 
• Good communication skill & Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
