Responsibilities

• Formulate, build, develop, implement, monitor the wealth management business of High Net Worth (HNW) customers;
• Formulate and implement customer centric propositions, need-based selling strategies for these HNW customers.
• To expand and maximize market shares
• Formulates sales literatures, tools, sales motivational events, sales campaigns, customer seminars, and customer centric activities to both internal and external customers;
• Lead a team of RMs to service HNW clients on full spectrum of asset management and financing products

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services
• Strong Knowledge in investment products and compliances
• SFC Licence RA1 & RA9 is a must.
• Proven sales track record and strong client base in HK & China.
• Strong team leader, strategic-minded, self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is an advantage
