Responsibilities:

• Provide Manpower planning, talent acquisition, and retention services
• Fully Responsible for recruitment, from sourcing, interviewing candidates to on-board arrangement.
• Liaise with line managers to identify the hiring needs and selection criteria, plan and execute the recruitment strategies 
• Participate in and support staff relations activities and organizational culture programs
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 8 years’ experience in TA function both in-house and recruitment agencies.
• Experience in commercial-function recruitment preferably in the health and beauty, retail or FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Less experienced candidates will be considered Assistant Manager.
