Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, liaise directly with overseas accountants and service providers  
• Prepare periodical management accounts and financial statements independently
• Prepare for annual audit and liaise directly with external auditors
• Prepare HK profits tax return and computation, perform independent research on overseas audit and tax requirements
• Prepare cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and actual vs budget analysis
• Other accounting and finance related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting, HKICPA/ACCA qualified
• 6-8 years of relevant accounting/auditing experience with Big 4 Training 
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, organized, hands-on and detailed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to adhere to tight timelines and work under pressure
