Responsibilities

1. Responsible for delivering the agreed business results
2. Carry out the defined strategies from the top management to ensure successful execution
3. Oversee the daily activities related to finance, operations & logistics, and business development & marketing with hands on approach
4. Set up, develop and manage a capable and efficient team
5. Help the team to resolve issues if any; and seek help from the management as needed
6. Build work plans/schedules and assign tasks to the team members, and keep track of the progress regularly
7. Produce management report of the team's work on a regular basis
8. Build relationship by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with key stakeholders
9. Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above
2. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years at department-head level in leading a business unit with P&L responsibility
3. Experience gained in industries targeting high-net-worth customers preferred
4. Strong business acumen and drive to deliver business results
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Strong analytical skills and able to present complicated analysis or thought in a simple way
8. Strong project management experience and skills, and can carry out work smoothly under tight timeline and stressful environment
9. Willing to travel to Mainland China and overseas as needed
