Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of events to reinforce brand awareness, cultivate customer/partner relationship 
• Assist in onsite logistics of the events and post event promotional actions and analysis
• Prepare presentation material and minutes for board meetings, conduct relevant research and provide administrative support.
• Provide administrative coordination support to monitor and follow up enquiries, manage inventory and bookkeeping.
• Oversee social media platforms by preparing contents and work closely with internal designer to create graphics for internal and external marketing materials.

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing or Business Management or related discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience in Event Marketing, strong in driving event execution and process with business oriented event management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
