Our client is a listed property developer in HK who is seeking a high calibre person to fill the Senior Leasing Manager position:

HK$80K-$85K Senior Property / Real Estate Apply Now

Job Duties:

Handle the leasing portfolio of retail/commercial/residential properties in PRC
Handle general leasing of new letting/renewal negotiation and related administration
Assess leasing proposals carefully to ensure an effective trade mix aligned with the portfolio's positioning
Develop close relationships with key tenants & leading retailers
Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works
Formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research etc.
Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when required

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or any related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing in PRC
Good business network with tenants and property agencies
Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Frequent Travel to China
