Job Duties:

• Responsible for providing customer service support with key account and major clients on operation issues and international projects
• Establish good and long-term relationships with clients and identify potential business growth
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on logistics coordination, operation enhancement & cost optimization to deliver consistent and excellent performances
• Assist in freight booking arrangement and business report preparation
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 2 years of key account/ business development/ customer services/ project management experience, preferably in the field of Logistic/3PL industry
• Multi-tasking, well-organized & responsible with excellent client-serving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
