Job Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing and PR strategies to achieve market breakthrough.
2. Enhance branding through the establishment of network and close relationship with media, PR, event organizers and industrial contact.
3. Plan, execute and monitor online and off-line marketing activities.
4. Value-add to the management by telling us what we do not know. Be a game changer, not just a manager.
5. Follow up potential parents and monitor progress.
6. Media planning, marketing research, press release writing, advertising campaign planning.
7. Participate in marketing strategies and initiatives and to ensure its implementation, execution and success.
8. Set up and manage workshops, exhibitions and fairs for lead generation campaigns.
9. Work with the team members to formulate, develop and create robust market growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communication or related discipline 
2. 4-6 years of relevant managerial experience in related field
3. Possess strategic thinking and hands on approach to work and problem solving
4. Self-motivated, highly driven, well-organised, ambitious and results focused personality
5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English
6. Relevant working experience in Education & Training Industry is an added advantage
