• Basic HK$16,000-18,000 + Bonus; TST 尖沙咀
• 5day work: Shift Duties: (10am – 8pm) or (1pm – 10pm) 

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service and care in a shopping mall
• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
• Conduct survey and promote shopping mall activities
• Build and maintain good relationships with high-quality customers
• 在購物中心提供客戶服務
• 處理客戶的查詢和投訴
• 進行調查和推廣商場活動
• 與客戶建立並維持良好關係

Requirements:

• DSE or above with at least 1 year’s customer service experience focus on frontline customer service, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience.
• Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable excellent service attitude and communication skills
• Willing to work on shift duties (5 days/ week)
• Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
