Customer Services Officer (Hotline; HK$20K - HK$22K; Night Shift Duty)

Our client is a global insurance/healthcare company. They are looking for a Customer Services Officer (Hotline) to add to their growing team.

Responsibilities

Handle calls and email in professional manner and follow up the cases according to the procedures set
Maintain customer log in relative systems
Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
Excellent customer service skill is preferred
Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fresh graduates welcome
